Cool venue with marvellous location just next door to the Old Town and the new Batumi and the old center and savoury breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable room with good views to the sea and mountains. Clean bathroom, very good and perfect staff. Restful experience there.

We loved our rooms with amazing views. The location in a nice area was magnificent and there were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby. We stayed for 2 nights here, and loved the New Boulevard district.

This place is so close to the beach that I could walk there in just a few minutes. The room was really comfortable and had everything I needed, like an electric kettle and seating area. The staff here are so helpful and even helped me with a little request. Plus, the view from the terrace overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning.
I would definitely recommend this venue to any of my friends looking for a great place to stay.

The view from my room was amazing as it overlooked the sea. The hotel facilities were great, including a common lounge area and mini-fridge in every room. The location was super close to the beach and great restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
